Right of Withdrawal Policy
### Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the protections provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer Customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reason. This term runs from the day on which the Customer (or a third party other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
### How to submit the request
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer can start the online procedure by clicking on the dedicated link/button present exclusively in the footer of our website. The return request function is not available within the personal reserved area.
Important note on digital management: The platform's IT systems calculate the unlock times of the online withdrawal form based on standard processing timing. Should the shipment or delivery by the courier experience exceptional delays, or in the event that the online system blocks or prevents the automatic completion of the request before the actual expiry of the terms, the actual delivery date attested by the courier tracking always prevails.
In the presence of technical blocks of the online form or system anomalies, the Customer may send their explicit declaration of withdrawal by writing directly to the email address orders@mhadly.com no later than 14 days from the actual receipt of the package. The relevant office will take charge of the case manually, verifying the logistical status of the shipment.
### Return Methods and Shipping Costs
Pursuant to article 57 of the Consumer Code, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne exclusively by the buyer. The Customer is required to return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw.
The return shipment takes place under the total responsibility of the Customer, who may use a courier of their choice. All packages must be addressed strictly to the following recipient:

To obtain a full refund, the product must be returned intact, in normal condition, unused and inserted in its original packaging.
### Refund
MHADLY will refund all payments received from the consumer relating to the order in question within 14 days from the moment it is informed of the decision to withdraw. The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned them, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
### Privacy Policy — Management of Withdrawal and Return requests
When you exercise the right of withdrawal — either electronically through the function present in the site footer, or manually by sending a dedicated communication to the email address orders@mhadly.com — we process the personal data necessary to take charge of, verify and manage your request. This includes in particular: first name, last name, contact details, shipping address and identifying elements of the contract (e.g. order number, SKU and batch code of the returned product).
The processing is based on art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract or related contractual obligations) and is carried out in compliance with the provisions on digital communications and durable medium provided by art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.
The personal data collected will be communicated exclusively to the third parties strictly necessary for processing the case (e-commerce platform provider, logistics services for managing the package return, and automatic invoicing services for issuing the related credit notes). The data will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to manage the withdrawal and, subsequently, for the period imposed by compliance with legal obligations of a fiscal, accounting and civil-law nature (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR).
